Darya Skibbe is the president of our association. She has skills in: educating young people, interpersonal communication, counseling, coordination, planning and organization of projects. Darya promotes healthy lifestyle, active citizenship and a supportive attitude and shows team spirit, strategic thinking, ability to understand and resolve problems and conflicts. She has knowledge of assessing the skills and abilities needed to mobilize young people, understanding and respecting group rules, and organizing and evaluating activities. As a sports instructor, former performance athlete, and nutritionist, she also brings practical experience in healthy living and youth wellbeing.

Evgenia Evdokimova leads marketing for our association. She shapes how we communicate our mission, projects, and opportunities to young people across Europe. Evgenia combines a thoughtful approach to storytelling with a strong eye for clear, engaging content. She supports our campaigns, strengthens our digital presence, and helps ensure that every initiative reaches the communities that can benefit from it most.

Raisa Kitun supports community engagement and partnerships within our association. She helps build welcoming spaces where participants, partners, and local communities can exchange ideas and work toward shared goals. Raisa brings empathy, reliability, and a practical mindset to every initiative, helping our projects remain inclusive, well connected, and responsive to the needs of young people.

Jan Teichmann contributes to project development and coordination. He helps turn ideas into structured activities, supports collaboration between international partners, and keeps projects moving from planning to delivery. Jan values open communication, careful organization, and hands-on problem solving, with a focus on creating meaningful learning experiences for every participant.

Elija Deineko supports youth programs and organizational development. He works with the team to create accessible opportunities for young people to learn, connect, and take an active role in their communities. Elija brings curiosity, energy, and a collaborative spirit to the association, helping new initiatives grow through practical ideas and strong teamwork.

Tim Teichmann serves as the finance manager in our organization, bringing exceptional expertise in managing financial operations and ensuring the fiscal health of our association. With a strong background in accounting, budgeting, and financial planning, Tim has demonstrated remarkable ability to analyze and manage resources efficiently to support both local and international projects. Tim is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in preparing financial reports, monitoring expenditures, and maintaining compliance with funding requirements. His clear communication, strategic thinking, and practical problem-solving help the team handle financial challenges with professionalism and integrity.
